The coming decade will see a rapid expansion of multimessenger observations at the highest energies, from ultra-high-energy cosmic rays and very-high-energy gamma rays to neutrinos and gravitational waves.

Bringing these messengers together offers a unique opportunity to pinpoint the most extreme astrophysical accelerators, unravel the physical conditions in their sources and environments, and test the fundamental laws of nature in regimes inaccessible on Earth.

This workshop aims to create a focused forum for theorists and experimentalists to identify the key open questions, define robust strategies to connect data across messengers, and assess the discovery potential for physics beyond the Standard Model through ultra-high-energy radiation.
