This IGAP workshop aims to bring together physicists and mathematicians, in order to foster the interplay between the theory of von Neumann Algebras and quantum physics, motivated by the recent applications of Operator Algebras in Quantum Information and Quantum Gravity.
Organizers: Roberto Longo, Stefan Hollands, Horacio Casini, Javier Magan and Erik Tonni.
The workshop will include also a one-day meeting (on November 19) organized through INdAM by Gianni Landi, Arnaud Brothier, and Michele Cirafici.
