Posters:
Poster boards will be available throughout the conference. Posters may be up to B0 size, although we recommend using the standard A0 portrait format. Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters. Materials for attaching posters to the boards will be provided by the organizers.
Posters will remain on display throughout the conference, and participants are warmly encouraged to visit the poster area during coffee breaks and other free periods. In addition, two dedicated poster sessions are included in the conference programme:
- Tuesday, 25 August, 14:00–14:30
- Thursday, 27 August, 14:00–14:30
These sessions are specifically intended to give poster presenters and other participants an opportunity to discuss the work on display.

We recommend contacting the printing service in advance to confirm A0 availability, turnaround time, and opening hours, especially if you need the poster printed shortly before one of the dedicated poster sessions.
Presentations:
Participants giving contributed talks or presentations are advised to bring any necessary adapters for connecting their laptops to the conference equipment, particularly an HDMI adapter. We also recommend carrying a backup copy of the presentation on a USB drive and, when possible, in PDF format.
