Poster boards will be available during the conference. The boards can accommodate posters up to B0 size, although we recommend using the standard A0 portrait format. Presenters are responsible for printing and bringing their own posters. Materials for attaching posters to the boards will be provided by the organizers.
Participants giving contributed talks or presentations are also advised to bring any necessary adapters for connecting their laptops to the conference equipment, particularly an HDMI adapter. We also recommend carrying a backup copy of the presentation on a USB drive and, when possible, in PDF format.
